New Painting at CornerSmiths in Canal Winchester

Some fun experimentation resulted in the new mixed media painting titled Renew. The original artwork is available for purchase at CornerSmiths, at 1 South High Street in Canal Winchester, OH. The painting measures 12" X 12" on gallery wrapped canvas and does not need a frame.

We will be open Friday, Dec. 2 from 6:30-9:00 p.m. On Saturday, Dec. 3 we will be open during our regular hours from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and then again from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. We are above Harvest Moon Cafe at 7-1/2 N. High St. Warm-up with some hot drinks at Harvest Moon and head upstairs to our studio. Corner Smiths in downtown Canal Winchester, OH is a new home goods store at 1 S. High Street. They have a wonderful selection of items for your home including original artwork. Currently, I have 2 pieces on sale at the store. They are open Wednesday-Friday 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Like them on Facebook for updates.

Last Saturday, June 25, I had a booth in the Canal Winchester Farmer's Market located at 36 S. High St. in downtown CW. It was a beautiful, sunny morning and I had a great time promoting Art Studio 7.5 and selling my notecards and prints. Remember, Art Studio 7.5 is open every Saturday from 9am-1pm. After you visit the Farmer's Market stroll over to Harvest Moon Cafe, get a cup of coffee and visit us upstairs at the studio. We would love to see you!

My artwork is primarily in acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. I also enjoy making artwork that is suitable for children's rooms. I'm a member of the Canal Winchester Art Guild. My work has been exhibited at Motorist's Insurance Gallery, Berger Hospital Gallery, Harvest Moon Coffee House, Winchester Tea Room, Wagnall's Memorial Library Gallery, High Road Gallery, and Groveport Town Hall.

I try not to take myself or my artwork too seriously. I'm always learning, always experimenting, and just trying to have fun. Hope you enjoy some of my work. Christy
